Our "Local Flavor Cuisine" features regional and local meats, cheeses, produce and specialties. Extensive regular menu plus up to four specials developed daily to include newly harvested produce and select meats hand-cut by the One Eleven culinary team. Homemade soups. Handmade sauces and dressings. Fresh locally-baked desserts.

Our special relationships with local farmers, growers and producers allow us to literally bring ingredients from farm-to-table within hours of harvest.

Craft beer list featuring well-established regional micro brews and some of the Midwest's best hidden gems.

While you dine, let us introduce you to the locals. Black and white photographs throughout One Eleven Main capture the day-to-day life of our partners - hard-at-work in their shops and fields connecting with food and wine in an intimate way. We are inspired by their love for food and wine.

Focusing on fresh ingredients and seasonal cooking techniques, the Chef's Menu Series features hand-crafted menus in which every course builds upon the previous course’s flavor and texture.

Chef Boughton learned early in his career ~ when it comes to cooking, “the end result is only as good as the ingredients you start with.”

So last year, in the dead of winter, he poured over vegetable varieties and selected nearly 40 to plant in a garden exclusively for the One Eleven kitchen.

The garden is now hitting its peak. This, the fourth menu of the Chef’s Menu Series, showcases fresh, succulent vegetables harvested from the One Eleven food plot.

Depending upon the day's harvest, you may find yourself feasting on Blondkopfchen "Little Blonde Girl" Tomatoes, Chioggia Beets, Early Fortune Cucumbers or an array of other heirloom varieties.
