I have been perfecting my approach for over twelve years of massage. My strength is Swedish, but I can perform Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal and Reflexology (hands, feet, ears).

I am formally trained, certified, insured and licensed by the State of Illinois. I feel privileged have done massage contract work at every Spa in Galena as well as the local Hospital, Physical Therapy and Fitness Center.

A massage can do wonders for you, both physically and mentally. No longer considered just an indulgence, massage is also recognized as effective treatment for stress and anxiety, improved blood circulation and lymph function and relief of muscle and joint soreness.
